Primary Colors
The "pure colours" are red, yellow, and blue. They are not made by blending other colors like secondary colors or tertiary colors.
RED

GREEN

PURPLE

Tertiary Colors
These are the colours that result from the combination of a primary and a secondary colour. As a result, the hue is given a two-word designation, such as blue-green, red-violet, or yellow-orange.
